Sample of Data Log

This evaluation and research took place over an 18 month period, I found this data log a useful tracking tool for seeing how all the pieces put into a whole.

I developed a data log as a mechanism for tracking evaluation and research activities over the entire process. This allowed me to keep track of documents that were created, impressions from meetings, activities that needed to be completed and thoughts about the process.

I have not included the entire data log, instead there are a few pages to give you a snapshot of the categories I used and the kinds of notes I made. 



The image below shows part of my collection of commonplace books. Writing in my commonplace book was a key data collection strategy during this evaluation and research process.
