Evaluation Plan

The evaluation plan was developed in consultation with key stakeholders and presented to decision-makers for approval. This plan provided us with a useful contract that spelled out a way of working, goals and a timeline. The four images below were crafted during the process of this evaluation.

Images 1 & 2 are small visual art creations devised by program trainers in response to a prompt about core values of the program. After creating the pieces each trainer took part in a focus group where the piece was a catalyst for conversation.

Images 3 & 4 are collages that were collaboratively created by teachers who are currently using the program in their classrooms. The collages were crafted in response to three questions about implementation. Teacher dialogue during the collage making was very informative as were the short gallery presentations that took place when the group reconvened.
